We&rsquo;re looking for a high-energy, results-driven Global Account Executive (individual contributor) to help us power digital transformation across the Life Sciences industries. This is not your typical sales role&mdash;this is about building deep relationships across top global life sciences companies, understanding their complex challenges, and delivering cutting-edge solutions that accelerate groundbreaking discoveries.</p>
<p>
As a Global AE, you&rsquo;ll be the driving growth across your account base, engaging with key stakeholders across R&amp;D, IT, and Data Science, and leading enterprise-level sales cycles. If you thrive on selling complex SaaS solutions into the life sciences industry, navigating intricate buying processes, and influencing decisions from the lab bench to the C-suite, this role is for you.<br>

<b>In this role you will be</b></p>
<ul>
<li><b>Solution Selling with Impact</b>: You&rsquo;re not just selling software&mdash;you&rsquo;re solving critical business challenges. You&rsquo;ll translate our platform&rsquo;s value into compelling, customized pitches that resonate with scientists, IT leaders, and executives alike.</li>
<li><b>Pipeline Generation Powerhouse:</b> An exciting opportunity to play a critical role in our new technology launch unlike any our industry has seen. You will build and drive pipeline to identify new opportunities across multiple personas within each account. You&rsquo;ll leverage every tool in the book&mdash;an established user base of several million across the Dotmatics portfolio, ABM, cold outreach, warm referrals, and events&mdash;to build relationships and drive deals.</li>
<li><b>Negotiation &amp; Closing Excellence:</b> From discovery to signature, you&rsquo;ll lead complex negotiations, navigate organizational roadblocks, and secure high-value, 7+ figure deals.</li>
<li><b>Strategic Account Management</b>: Build trust and long-term partnerships by understanding your clients&rsquo; needs and ensuring our solutions align with their scientific and operational goals.</li>
<li><b>Driving Process &amp; Execution:</b> Follow a best-in-class enterprise sales framework to create a repeatable, scalable success model.</li>
<li><b>Cross-Team Collaboration</b>: Work closely with marketing, product, customer success, external partners to deliver a seamless customer experience and drive sustained growth.</li>
<li><b>ABC, Always Be Curious</b>: Stay on top of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies. You&rsquo;re curious, ambitious, and always looking to level up your sales game.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>We are looking for people with </b>at least 12 - 15 years experience with at least 5+ years in the Life Sciences sales environment typically liaising/engaging with CxOs, R&amp;D teams, and IT leaders&mdash;influencing multi-dimensional decision-making. You can demonstrate a strong track record in enterprise SaaS sales, ideally in data management, automation, or AI that sells to R&amp;D, IT, and business stakeholders and you&rsquo;re comfortable selling solutions that aren&rsquo;t pre-budgeted and can craft compelling business cases that justify investment.</p>

<li>Executive Presence (ability to not only get the meeting but to execute)</li>
<li>Collaborative - both external and internal</li>
<li>Demonstrated sales performance</li>
<li><ul><li>Navigate and execute difficult/challenging contracts and relationships, multi-national, multi-agency</li>
<li>Experience selling to large enterprises ($1B+ in Revenue) and/or Cloud and Service Providers</li>
<li>Proven track record of selling deals larger than $1M in ACV</li>
</ul></li><li>Pipe-generation focused - Experience and success landing new logos and new expansions within accounts</li>
<li>Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written</li>
<li>Process Oriented</li>
<li><ul><li>Strong organizational skills</li>
<li>Project/Program Management skills</li>
<li>Metric based, discipline in driving sales methodology</li>
</ul></li><li>High Rate of learning</li>
<li>Ability to research and summarize, identify value propositions</li>
</ul>
<p><b>You may also have</b></p>
<ul>
<li><b>Life Sciences Knowledge:</b> You understand the R&amp;D and IT landscape in biotech or pharma (or you&rsquo;re eager to learn!). Bonus points if you have a life sciences degree.</li>
