What do we need

We are seeking a high-impact Territory Account Executive to drive new logo growth across the Life Sciences industry in the MA region.

This is a pure hunter role with enterprise scale opportunity.

You will own your territory end-to-end &mdash; identifying whitespace, generating pipeline, and closing strategic SaaS platform deals. You will also leverage the global footprint, executive relationships, and industry penetration of Siemens to open doors and expand opportunity scope.

This is not transactional selling. This is consultative, transformational enterprise selling &mdash; engaging R&amp;D, IT, Digital, Engineering, and C-suite leaders around digital transformation and industrial digital thread strategy.

In this role you will

<li>Own and Build Your Territory: Develop and execute a strategic territory plan across Life Sciences accounts, drive disciplined new logo acquisition and build pipeline through outbound prospecting, ABM, executive alignment, industry events, and Siemens co-selling opportunities</li>
<li>Lead Complex Enterprise Sales Cycles: Engage stakeholders across R&amp;D, IT, Engineering, Digital Transformation, and the C-suite, Build ROI-driven business cases for enterprise data platforms and AI-enabled workflows. Navigate multi-stakeholder negotiations and procurement environments. Close high-value, platform-level SaaS deals</li>
<li>Leverage the Siemens + Dotmatics Digital Thread

<li>Be the Voice of the Market: Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive long-term growth. Provide insight into industry trends and competitive dynamics and identify expansion opportunities across Siemens&rsquo; broader portfolio footprint</li>

We are looking for people who have demonstrated experience in growth/new logos across large territories, typically liaising/engaging with CxOs, R&amp;D teams, and IT leaders&mdash;influencing multi-dimensional decision-making. You can demonstrate a strong track record in new business growth of territories, enterprise SaaS sales, in the Life Sciences industry, selling data management, automation, or AI that sells to R&amp;D, IT, and business stakeholders.

The key skills we are looking for

<li>Proven Hunter: Demonstrated success landing new logos in large, complex territories</li>
<li><ul><li>Track record of enterprise SaaS sales into $1B+ organizations</li>
<li>Experience closing $500K&ndash;$1M+ ACV deals</li>
</ul></li><li>Scientific Domain Experience: Experience selling in biopharma, biotech and related life sciences environments</li>
<li><ul><li>Understanding of digital transformation initiatives across R&amp;D and engineering</li>
</ul></li><li>Executive-Level Influence: Ability to engage cross-functional buying committees, comfortable leading conversations with R&amp;D scientists, IT leaders, Digital Transformation heads, Engineering executives, and CxOs</li>
<li>Platform &amp; Transformation Mindset: Experience selling complex, unbudgeted solutions</li>

Dotmatics utilises a national market-based approach to base pay benchmarking and pay band development. The candidate's final starting pay is based on job-related skills, experience, job specific qualifications &amp; location. In addition to base salary, Dotmatics has implemented a total rewards strategy, which is the combination of compensation, benefits and recognition.

What do we need

Are you a 360 recruiter who thrives in high-growth SaaS environments?

We&rsquo;re looking for an in-house recruiter on a fixed term contract, initially for 6 months to drive top-of-funnel success across Product &amp; Technology (software engineering), managing interview coordination, and driving roles to close. You will need to be true flex player, sourcing and closing for roles such as Fullstack Engineers, DevOps, Product Managers with a scientific/SaaS background, Test Engineers, and other Scientific roles. 
You may also have experience in other functions such as GTM (Go To Market/Sales), solutions architects , as you&rsquo;ll need to be comfortable being a flex player, supporting sourcing &amp; hiring across other business areas when volume is high, supporting with scheduling interviews, running pre-board and on-boarding activities for the team.

This is a team with low ego, we take on all aspects of the hiring process to get roles to a close &amp; support the hiring activities.

You&rsquo;ll be fuelling hiring across the US, UK, EMEA, and Canadian markets with strong talent pipelines, market insights, and creative sourcing strategies.

<li>Own Sourcing Strategy: Build, execute, and own sourcing strategies across multiple Product &amp; Tech(software engineers), GTM and Scientific roles&mdash;identifying, engaging, and nurturing world-class talent in highly competitive markets.</li>
<li>Own Full-Cycle Hiring : Manage/own the entire recruitment process&mdash;from intake with hiring managers to offer stage.</li>
<li>Stakeholder Partnering: Build strong, trusted relationships with leaders and hiring managers, guiding them on market insights, hiring strategies, and best practices.</li>
<li>Pipeline/Talent Pool Ownership: Drive candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, outreach, referrals, and market mapping&mdash;no hand-offs here!!</li>
<li>High-Volume Execution: Manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced SaaS environment, balancing speed with quality of hiring process, interviews and hire.</li>
<li>Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with Recruiters to understand hiring needs, refine search criteria, and deliver against aggressive hiring goals.</li>
<li>Market Expertise: Act as a subject-matter expert on multiple geographies in the tech hiring market&mdash;understanding where the best talent lives, what drives them, and how to engage them effectively.</li>
<li>Data-Driven Approach: Track sourcing metrics and funnel data (response rates, conversion, time-to-submit) to continuously improve strategy and demonstrate business impact.</li>
<li>Candidate Engagement: Represent our brand with authenticity&mdash;delivering a positive, high-touch candidate experience at every stage of engagement.</li>
<li>Pre-Board &amp; On Board: Leading pre boarding and onboarding effort, ensuring a new hire is managed through from offer &gt; first day &amp; be responsible for all co-ordination of first day schedules.</li>

We are looking for people with 8+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting for Product &amp; Engineering roles, ideally in-house within SaaS or high-growth tech companies, and you might have GTM experience (Go to Market/Sales). Ideally you will have a background as an agency tech recruiter or recruiter-turned-sourcer and visa versa with a proven record of building exceptional pipelines in competitive markets.

You will have experience supporting distributed global teams across time zones and can demonstrate how your sourcing efforts have directly impacted scaling a high-growth SaaS business.
