This is routine custodial work involving the care and housekeeping of the Robert A. Christensen Justice Center. Work involves varied responsibility for participating in the performance of a variety of tasks including cleaning, minor maintenance and repair tasks, and room set-ups.
Generally, the hiring range is $39,464-$49,330 annually. Qualifications, education and experience as it relates to the position will be taken into consideration when determining hiring salary.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (The following examples are illustrative only and are not intended to be all inclusive.)<ul><li>
Maintain all floor surfaces.</li><li>
Cleans and sanitizes restrooms and replenishes supplies.</li><li>
Dusts and polishes woodwork and furniture.</li><li>
Cleans and maintains all interior building surfaces.</li><li>
Collects and disposes of trash.</li><li>
Secure building nightly.</li><li>
Operation, basic maintenance and adjustment of mechanical custodial equipment.</li><li>
Report all maintenance issues to Lead Custodian.</li><li>
May be required to perform basic maintenance.</li></ul> 
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: A high school diploma or GED equivalent and knowledge of the proper use and safety of cleaning supplies and tools or equivalent.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, &amp; REGISTRATIONS:<ul><li>
Must possess a valid Colorado Driver&rsquo;s License upon hire, with complying insurance. Review of motor vehicle record is required at time of hire and periodically throughout employment.</li><li>
This position requires successful completion of a criminal background check including fingerprinting through a national database.</li></ul>

EDUCATION: Graduation from law school as provided under Rule 205.1 of the Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure.
NECESSARY SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:<ul><li>
Attainment of an overall performance rating of &quot;meets standard&quot; or above as a county court attorney.</li><li>
Attainment of a rating of &quot;meets standard&quot; or above in criteria established for promotion to district court.</li></ul>
