At Dove Healthcare, you will work with employees, patients, family members, and other professionals to coordinate all aspects of providing person-centered care.
As a registered nurse case manager, you will:<ul><li>
supervise the day to day activities of assigned residents and employees</li><li>
coordinate, plan, implement, and evaluate the nursing services provided to each resident using clinical competence</li><li>
review and audit compliance with the patient's plan of care and changing needs</li><li>
provide a safe, comfortable, and home-like environment</li><li>
participate in an on-call rotation</li><li>
this is a limited term position with the potential to turn into permanent employment.</li></ul>

Required Qualifications:<ul><li>
current licensure in the State of Wisconsin as a registered nurse (RN)</li><li>
degree from an accredited school of nursing</li><li>
previous nursing experience</li></ul>

As a registered nurse/licensed practical nurse you will:<ul><li>
oversee all aspects of patient care through directing and supervising nurses, nurse technicians, medication aides, and certified nursing assistants (CNA)</li><li>
provide direct patient care through medication and treatment administration</li><li>
observe and manage acute changes in a patient's condition</li><li>
