As a physical therapist for Dove Healthcare, you will<ul><li>
plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct physical therapy, as well as its programs and activities, in accordance with current rules regulations, and guidelines that govern a skilled nursing facility</li><li>
participate in discharge planning, development and implementation of patient care plans, patient assessments, etc. as necessary</li><li>
maintain treatment records, patient files, and progress notes as required</li><li>
participate in the development and implementation of patient assessments and care plans, including quarterly reviews</li><li>
collaborate and supervise PTAs</li></ul>
Required Qualifications:<ul><li>
doctorate degree (or bachelor's / master's degree for those grandfathered in) in physical therapy from an accredited college or university</li><li>
current license as a physical therapist in the State of Wisconsin

As a registered nurse/licensed practical nurse you will:<ul><li>
oversee all aspects of patient care through directing and supervising nurses, nurse technicians, medication aides, and certified nursing assistants (CNA)</li><li>
provide direct patient care through medication and treatment administration</li><li>
observe and manage acute changes in a patient's condition</li><li>
help provide a safe, comfortable, and home-like environment</li></ul>
Required Qualifications:<ul><li>
current licensure in the State of Wisconsin as a registered nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)</li><li>
