Roles and Responsibility: -<ul><li>
Design, develop, and maintain a robust and scalable automation framework for Oracle applications, including Oracle Cloud or E-Business Suite (EBS).</li><li>
Formulate comprehensive test strategies, plans, and test cases for Oracle modules, covering functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.</li><li>
Provide technical guidance to the automation team, ensuring adherence to best practices for creating and maintaining automated test scripts.
</li><li>Oversee the execution of test cases and analyze results to identify and report software defects, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.</li><li>
Defect and quality management, manage the defect lifecycle, from tracking and reporting issues to collaborating with the development team for timely resolution.
</li><li>Define and deliver quality metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement in the QA process, Champion Agile and DevOps methodologies, integrating test automation into Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.</li></ul>

Roles and Responsibility: -<ul><li>
Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document O2C requirements (Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, Invoicing etc.).</li><li>
Configure and implement Oracle ERP (Cloud or EBS) modules related to O2C, ensuring alignment with business processes.</li><li>
Provide functional expertise in Quoting, Order Management, Pricing, Order Promising and Shipping. Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to optimize O2C processes, Lead or support testing cycles (Unit, SIT, UAT) and ensure successful defect resolution.
</li><li>Collaborate with technical teams (developers, integration specialists) to design and validate RICEW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows).
</li><li>Prepare functional design documents (MD50s), test scripts, and training material. Support data migration, reconciliation, and validation activities.
</li><li>Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for Oracle O2C modules. Act as SME for O2C processes, advising business teams on best practices and Oracle functionality. Span of control Individual Contributor Lead/Manager</li></ul>
 Must Have Skills: -<ul><li>
Standardizing and optimizing O2C business processes across Dover operating companies and drive business results by achieving KPI driven goals.
</li><li>Owns O2C business flow providing an end-to-end solution to enable, enhance and optimize supply chain.
</li><li>Deep experience with O2C processes such as Pricing, Shipping, Invoicing etc.
</li><li>Provide governance of all Oracle O2C implementation work by internal resources and third parties</li></ul>
