Overall Scope: 
This highly visible role reports to the Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS), Sr. Manager, Global FP&amp;A and will be responsible for providing broad analytical and financial support to the Global DFS organization. The successful candidate will be comfortable providing data insights to influence key cross-functional decision makers and strive to not accept the status-quo. The candidate will participate in special projects as needed and prepare formal presentations for management review. 
 
Responsibilities:<ul><li> 
Develop management and reporting consolidation of forecast and actual variance results for both regional and global business unit P&amp;Ls</li><li>Strategize, develop, and create effective PowerPoint slides to communicate business results and the forecast to senior management, including the President, CFO, and corporate leaders within Dover</li><li>Lead department level planning and analysis support for global functions</li><li>Gather, test and scrub data sets for use in financial models</li><li>Recommend and drive process improvements within FP&amp;A to improve quality and efficiency of analysis</li><li>Develop financial strategies by contributing information, analysis, and recommendations</li><li>Evaluate and advise on the impact of long-range planning</li><li>Develop critical skills navigating ERP and Financial Consolidation platforms</li><li>Develop and ensure strong relationships with global business units, regions and Dover Corporate</li><li>Perform ad hoc analysis for executives as required</li></ul>

Qualification Requirements:<ul><li> 
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CPA required</li><li>1 - 3 years of experience in Finance or Accounting fields, preferably Big 4 background</li><li>Expert user of Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>Experience with AI tools in financial analyses</li><li>Experience with Oracle a plus</li><li>Experience with OneStream or similar financial consolidation and planning platform a plus</li></ul></div>

<ul><li>Follow all safety and PPE requirements per established company policies.
</li><li>Utilize and maintain established inventory systems, such as Kanban or Vendor Managed Inventory
</li><li>Demonstrated understanding of all established Standard Operating Procedures.
</li><li>Demonstrated ability to read and understand blueprints.
</li><li>Operate basic hand and power tools.
</li><li>Clean and test finished weldments.
</li><li>Operate equipment that is part of the Fabrication department, including but not limited to tapping/pemming machines, deburring machines, saws, etc.
</li><li>Perform basic preventative maintenance on associated equipment.
</li><li>Perform continuous quality checks.
</li><li>Communicate and coordinate part shortages with Supervisors.
</li><li>Maintain a neat and clean work area utilizing company established 6-S program.

Physical Demands:
