The Supply Chain Scheduling Specialist &ndash; Raw Material ensures timely and efficient supply of raw materials across multiple production sites. The role focuses on balancing supply and demand, optimizing product availability, and maintaining supply chain efficiency using established procedures and systems.</div><div></div><div>
Responsibilities</div><div></div><ul><li>
Develop and maintain raw material schedules aligned with production plans and forecasts.</li><li>
Coordinate with suppliers and manage purchase orders using SAP ECC &amp; OMP.</li><li>
Monitor and adjust schedules for demand changes, delays, or quality issues.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with business, customer, and regulatory requirements for raw materials.</li><li>
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and address supply issues during unplanned events.</li><li>
Maintain accurate master data (BOMs, routings, production versions) and support global supply chain initiatives.</li></ul><div></div><div>

The Lead Piping Designer provides specialized technical support and solutions for project teams, operations and maintenance. Understands and implements Most Effective Technology (MET), work process, tools and industry best practices within their discipline. The Hardware Disciplines within Engineering and Maintenance are comprised of the following disciplines: Buildings, Civil, Electrical, Instrument, Materials, Mechanical, Process Containment Equipment and Piping. Hardware Disciplines support both projects and technical support teams as an inspector, designer on large projects or lead for their discipline on projects. Requires expanded conceptual and practical knowledge in own job discipline and broadens capabilities.</div><div></div><div>

May act as a working team lead, providing subject matter guidance and coordinating work of others.</div></li><li><div>
Share Accountability with the Project Piping Lead for compliance with the TES and project safety initiatives.</div></li><li><div>
Responsible for providing input to the Piping Lead on designer resource requirements including appropriate quantity and skill set of designers for the project scope.</div></li><li><div>
Accountable for the overall allocation, maintenance, and reporting of designers thorough the project.</div></li><li><div>
Maintain awareness of schedule, milestones, and challenges of the project and communicate to the Project Piping Lead.</div></li><li><div>
Coordinate training for designers.</div></li><li><div>
Assist in project reviews and team checks as required to ensure quality.</div></li><li><div>
