 Summary
 
 
 
 The Real Estate Coordinator's primary responsibilities include performing land title research, property acquisition, appraisal, and relocation tasks in support of highway, airport, public facility, and private projects. Duties include setting up project files, researching tax and property sale values, gathering property ownerships and supporting data, assembling offer packages and transmittals, and other duties as assigned under limited supervision. A Real Estate Coordinator is expected to exercise a strong work ethic, demonstrate a desire to learn and grow, and have strong organizational and communication skills. This person is expected to work well with others, absorb and apply constructive criticism and seek guidance from more experienced members of the team as necessary.
