The firm seeks a skilled and motivated Litigation Secretary to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to support accomplished attorneys in a fast-paced and collaborative environment with a strong commitment to excellence. The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years&rsquo; experience in a litigation practice, with in-depth knowledge of federal and California state court procedures, including calendaring rules and court deadlines. Proficiency in the California Code of Civil Procedure is essential. Requirements include:<ul><li>Accurate typing speed of 65+ wpm</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize under pressure</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication</li><li>A professional, positive attitude, dependability, and a strong work ethic</li><li>Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work</li></ul>Downey Brand offers a hybrid work environment, allowing remote work flexibility part of the time. The salary range for this position is $85,000 &ndash; $95,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
