This individual is dedicated to ensuring that we are making the best decisions possible regarding the purchase of all materials.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Sourcing suppliers based on price, availability, necessity, quality and logistical expenses</li><li>Assessing vendors and their offerings with in-person visits, interviews and analysis to assess their quality</li><li>Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests</li><li>Negotiating sale agreements and supply contracts in ways that benefit their company</li><li>Coordinating with shipping agencies and sellers to ensure timely deliveries and oversee the integrity and quality of delivered goods and services</li><li>Authorizing payments and managing purchasing expenses with meticulous record-keeping</li><li>Manage truck replenishment process, material return process, and purchase order process</li><li>Manage next-day installs and installs in general, with regards to material and equipment staging and materials fulfillment</li><li>Manage warehouse staff daily to maximize efficiency to streamline operations</li><li>Manage full counts and cycle counts of both warehouse and vehicles</li><li>Manage warranty returns process</li><li>Manage material receiving process</li><li>Vehicle maintenance &ndash; tracking, scheduling, maintenance, and repairs</li><li>Manage tool maintenance</li></ul>Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
