This role combines hands-on editing and on-site production support, helping our team create engaging, platform-native content quickly and efficiently.Key Responsibilities1. Video Editing<ul><li>Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms</li><li>Add captions, transitions, sound effects, and light motion graphics</li><li>Ensure edits align with platform trends, pacing, and brand guidelines</li><li>Deliver polished videos on tight timelines for trend-based and evergreen content</li><li>Organize and manage footage, project files, and media assets</li></ul>2. Filming &amp; Production Support<ul><li>Assist with on-site filming, including camera setup, lighting, framing, and shot preparation</li><li>Support the team during content shoots as a production assistant</li><li>Independently capture short-form content when needed</li></ul>3.
