Experience Required:Minimum 3 years experience in school administration or a relevant administrative role in education or other institution.Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree.</li><li>Excellent command of English and Malayalam (written and spoken).</li><li>Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and school management software.</li><li>Strong organizational, multitasking &amp; prioritization skills.</li><li>Good communication skills (verbal &amp; written), able to interact with staff, students, parents.</li><li>Data entry accuracy and good record&#8209;keeping habits.</li><li>Experience supervising or coordinating support/clerical staff is an advantage.</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage day&#8209;to&#8209;day administrative operations of the school: record keeping (student, staff), attendance, correspondence.</li><li>Maintain school registers, files, databases; ensure documents are up to date.</li><li>Handle parent inquiries &amp; requests, reception duties.</li><li>Oversee office supplies, procurement, vendor coordination.</li><li>Assist in scheduling meetings (staff, parent&#8209;teacher), events, and managing communication.</li><li>Prepare reports (attendance, fee, academic) and presentations as required by school leadership.</li><li>Maintain communications (emails, letters, notices) to students, parents, staff.</li><li>Support the Principal / Head in planning &amp; implementing administrative policies.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
