Overview We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Training will be provided.Duties<ul><li>Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.</li><li>Manage incoming phone calls, texts messages and emails directing them to the appropriate personnel or taking messages as necessary.</li><li>Maintain and organize files, ensuring all documents are easily accessible and properly archived.</li><li>Perform clerical duties such as data entry, proofreading documents.</li><li>Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members effectively.</li><li>Utilize phone systems and office equipment efficiently to support daily operations.</li><li>Assist with administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth office functioning.</li><li>Familiarity with Texas Department of Public Safety Drivers Licensing services a plus.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.</li><li>Proficiency in using Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) for document management and scheduling.</li><li>Strong clerical skills with an emphasis on attention to detail and accuracy in typing and proofreading.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and staff.</li><li>Experience with calendar management and phone systems is essential for this position.</li></ul>Join our team as a Receptionist where your skills will contribute significantly to our operational success while providing you with opportunities for personal growth within the organization!Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hourApplication Question(s):<ul><li>https://www.tdlr.texas.gov/mot/mot-instructor-training-apply.htm</li></ul>Tdlr Drivers Education Instructor License is preferred but not required.
