Job Description &ndash; OT Scrub NurseLocation: Dr. Archana IVF &amp; Women Center Department: Operation Theatre (OT)Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist surgeons and gynecologists during procedures by preparing and handling surgical instruments.</li><li>Ensure strict adherence to aseptic and sterile techniques during all OT procedures.</li><li>Maintain OT setup before, during, and after surgical cases, including IVF-related procedures.</li><li>Verify and arrange necessary surgical instruments, sutures, and consumables before procedures.</li><li>Support anesthesia team and surgical team as required.</li><li>Maintain accurate OT records and ensure safe disposal of biomedical waste.</li><li>Provide patient care and support during the perioperative period.</li><li>Collaborate with embryology and IVF teams for specialized procedures (Oocyte Retrieval, Embryo Transfer, etc.).</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing / GNM.</li><li>Experience: Minimum 1&ndash;2 years as Scrub Nurse in IVF centers.</li><li>Strong knowledge of OT protocols, infection control, and IVF-related procedures.</li><li>Good communication skills, teamwork, and patient care focus.</li><li>Willingness to work in a fast-paced IVF environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From &#8377;11,141.90 per monthWork Location: In person

We are Hiring for Chennai Best IVF Fertility Center &quot;Operation Theater Technician&quot;Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare the Operation Theater (OT) and IVF procedure rooms with sterilized instruments, drapes, and required equipment.</li><li>Assist gynecologists, embryologists, anesthetists, and nurses during IVF and other operative procedures.</li><li>Maintain aseptic techniques and infection control standards inside OT and IVF labs.</li><li>Handle and maintain surgical instruments, machines, incubators, suction units, and other IVF-related equipment.</li><li>Ensure proper disposal of biomedical waste as per hospital and regulatory protocols.</li><li>Monitor and manage OT and IVF consumables.</li><li>Provide pre- and post-operative assistance in patient shifting and procedure support.</li><li>Maintain OT/IVF procedure records, instrument checklists, and sterilization logs.</li><li>Report equipment malfunctions immediately to the concerned authority.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Diploma / Degree in Operation Theater Technology (DOTT / B.Sc.
