They then create and explain comprehensive treatment plans, including surgical and non-surgical options.</li><li>Surgical procedures: Perform a variety of operations, which can include procedures on the intestines, gallbladder, appendix, and hernias. They may also handle trauma cases and emergency situations.</li><li>Pre- and post-operative care: Manage patient care before, during, and after surgery, ensuring proper preparation and monitoring recovery.
