We are seeking a Medical Assistant to join our team! You will handle communications and administrative functions in order to drive company success.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Main responsibility is answering multiple patient emails each day under the physician's direction.</li><li>Assist the Doctor with minor in office procedures, check ups and exams.</li><li>Draft correspondences and other formal documents</li><li>Plan and schedule appointments and events</li><li>Answer inbound telephone calls to address patient concerns.</li><li>Perform all other office tasks</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous experience in Medical scribe/Medical assistant or other related fields</li><li>Ability to prioritize and multitask</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Strong organizational skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-timePay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hourAbility to Commute:<ul><li>Beverly Hills, CA 90211 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Beverly Hills, CA 90211: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
