Call Center AgentJob Description: A Call Center Agent is responsible for scheduling patient appointments, handling inquiries regarding services and treatments, assisting with insurance-related questions, managing patient records, and providing follow-up support. The role serves as the primary point of contact for patients and requires strong communication skills to explain procedures, address concerns, and maintain accurate patient information within the clinic&rsquo;s system.Responsibilities<ul><li>Receive and document patient complaints, ensuring all relevant details are accurately and comprehensively recorded, including the nature of the complaint, timeline of events, and specific concerns raised by the patient.</li><li>Maintain open communication with patients throughout the complaint resolution process by providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring patient satisfaction with the outcome.</li><li>Handle all patient information with strict confidentiality in compliance with privacy regulations and organizational policies.</li><li>Responsible for booking, confirming, and rescheduling patient appointments in coordination with clinic operations.</li><li>Manage and optimize dentists&rsquo; schedules to ensure efficient utilization of time and minimize gaps, cancellations, and delays.</li><li>Coordinate with Front Desk and clinical teams to align patient bookings with treatment availability and priority cases.</li><li>Monitor daily schedules and proactively adjust appointments when necessary to accommodate operational requirements.</li><li>Ensure accurate entry and updating of appointment details in the EMR system.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum of 1 year experience in a dental setting (required)</li><li>Arabic speaker is a must</li><li>Knowledge of EMR systems is an advantage</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to handle patient concerns professionally and with empathy</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person

Dr. Firas Dental &amp; Orthodontic Center is currently looking for a qualified Dental Assistant to join our growing team for an expansion position within Abu Dhabi.This role requires a dedicated, detail-oriented professional who can support dentists in delivering high-quality patient care while ensuring compliance with DOH regulations and FDOC standards.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist the dentist during clinical procedures</li><li>Prepare patients and treatment rooms</li><li>Record treatment details in EMR (Doktor32 preferred)</li><li>Coordinate with reception, insurance, and cashier as needed</li><li>Maintain infection control and sterilization standards</li><li>Take dental radiographs (X-rays)</li><li>Ensure compliance with DOH, ADHICS, and clinic policies</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of patient and employee data</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Dentistry</li><li>Minimum 3 years experience as Dental Assistant</li><li>DOH License as Dental Assistant is a must</li><li>Experience with EMR systems (Doktor32 is an advantage)</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills</li><li>Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)</li></ul>Important:This is an expansion role.
