If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love crafting engaging online content, this role is perfect for you to build your career in the ever-evolving realm of social media and digital marketing.&lt;Duties&gt;<ul><li>Assist in developing and executing social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to boost brand awareness and engagement.</li><li>Create compelling visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other graphic design tools to support campaigns and posts.</li><li>Manage daily social media posting schedules using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer, ensuring timely and consistent content delivery.</li><li>Conduct social listening to monitor brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activities, providing insights for ongoing campaigns.</li><li>Support in running Facebook Advertising campaigns by setting up ads, targeting audiences, and analyzing performance metrics.</li><li>Collaborate with CEO on content creation including photography, short videos, and blog posts that align with branding guidelines.</li><li>Track and analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and other tools to measure campaign effectiveness.</li><li>Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publishing.</li><li>Engage with followers and manage online community interactions to foster positive relationships.</li><li>Assist in public relations efforts by drafting press releases or media pitches as needed.</li></ul>&lt;Qualifications&gt;<ul><li>Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related field.</li><li>Strong knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.</li><li>Proficiency with graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.</li><li>Experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer is preferred.</li><li>Basic understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and digital marketing strategies.</li><li>Knowledge of video editing and photography techniques to produce engaging multimedia content.</li><li>Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in spelling, grammar, and branding consistency.</li><li>Strong relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across teams and audiences.</li><li>Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling through visual content and digital channels.
