The ideal candidate will ensure excellence in patient care, efficient ward management, and compliance with hospital standards and NABH protocols.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise and coordinate all nursing activities across hospital departments.</li><li>Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and care standards.</li><li>Maintain discipline, performance, and professional ethics among nursing staff.</li><li>Conduct regular ward rounds and ensure high-quality patient care.</li><li>Oversee duty rosters, leave management, and staffing requirements.</li><li>Ensure compliance with NABH and hospital regulations.</li><li>Plan and conduct in-service training and staff development programs.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Education: B.Sc. Nursing or M.Sc.
