The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of dental care and excellent patient communication skills.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide comprehensive dental care, including diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of oral diseases.</li><li>Perform routine dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and cleanings.</li><li>If a specialist, perform advanced treatments in your field of expertise.</li><li>Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care.</li><li>Create detailed treatment plans and discuss options with patients.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest dental practices and technologies.</li><li>Ensure the highest standards of infection control and patient safety.</li><li>Maintain accurate patient records and case histories.</li><li>Collaborate with other dental care professionals in the clinic.</li><li>Uphold the clinic&rsquo;s standards for excellent patient care and service.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Qualification: BDS / MDS from a recognized institution.</li><li>Valid dental license to practice.</li><li>Proven experience as a general dentist or specialist (atleast 2 years).</li><li>Strong diagnostic and clinical skills.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple patients and provide personalized care.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.</li><li>Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Specialization in pedodontics, periodontics, oral surgery.</li><li>Experience in a multi-specialty dental environment.</li></ul>Compensation:Competitive salary based on experience and specialization.
