Responsibilities:<ul><li>Support field force operations (monthly expenses, tour plans).</li><li>Compile and manage distributors&rsquo; daily sales reports.</li><li>Track departmental expenses and coordinate with Finance.</li><li>Facilitate marketing services (hotel bookings, travel reservations).</li><li>Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance &amp; Supply Chain teams.</li><li>Prepare reports, analysis, and presentations for strategic decisions.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>MBA (preferred) with 3&ndash;5 years&rsquo; relevant experience (Pharma industry is a plus).</li><li>Strong analytical, organizational &amp; communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office &amp; SAP B1.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and work cross-functionally.</li><li>Compile and manage distributors&rsquo; daily sales reports.</li><li>Track departmental expenses and coordinate with Finance.</li><li>Facilitate marketing services (hotel bookings, travel reservations).</li><li>Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance &amp; Supply Chain teams.</li><li>Prepare reports, analysis, and presentations for strategic decisions.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
