Responsibilities:<ul><li>Attendance Management. (leaves, late arrivals, short leaves, overtimes).</li><li>Induction new hired employees (labour Staff).</li><li>Enrollment of new hired employees.</li><li>Manage employee data physically and digitally.</li><li>Collect documents for social security cards and submitted into social security office and collect social security cards.</li><li>Bank account opening of new hired employees.</li><li>Resolve employee grievances regarding attendance, overtimes and deduction.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum Graduation (BBA or equivalent preferred).</li><li>Knowledge of attendance systems (SAP B1 will be an advantage).</li><li>Strong communication, coordination, and record-keeping skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
