Walk In : 10/02/26 -13/02/26 Timing : 10:30AM - 5:30PMContact HR : +91 99406 39541DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESCLINICAL ACTIVITIES:<ul><li>Arrive in time and takes handover of patient bed to bed.</li><li>Carry out the following assigned jobs given by your superior according to your privilege.</li><li>Vital Sign</li><li>Universal Safety Precaution</li><li>BLS Provider (Neonate)</li><li>Phototherapy (Single Surface)</li><li>IV Cannula Insertion (IV Medication)</li><li>Started IV Fluids (Via Dig Infusa, Syringe Pump, Etc)</li><li>Ryles Tube Insertion and monitoring</li><li>Ryles Tube Feeding Under Observation</li><li>Under Observation (Baby Received From OT/ 0 Room/ Ward)</li><li>Handling of Medical Equipment</li><li>Pulse Oximeter</li><li>Infusion Pump</li><li>Syringe Pump</li><li>Incubator</li><li>Ventilator Support</li><li>Oxygen / CPAP &amp; Central line</li><li>Minor Dressing / Photo therapy/ Warmer Cooling therapy</li><li>Plan and provide the basic care according to the priority needs of the patients.</li><li>Prepare and take round with Doctor.</li><li>Carry out instructions of Doctor appropriately.</li><li>Maintain personal hygiene of patient to prevent infection.</li><li>Give medicine and injection in correct procedure e.g. transfusion, giving IV line etc.</li><li>Take responsibility of admission and discharge of the patient including appropriate documentation.</li><li>Ensure that barrier nursing care strictly followed for isolation babies.</li><li>Maintain interpersonal relationship with staff, patients, families and community.</li><li>Transportation of patients to and from external centers.</li></ul>ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIVITIES<ul><li>Keep adequate supplies (medicine, injection, linen etc.) and does inventory regularly.</li><li>Keep custody of drugs and maintains record of its administration.</li><li>Checks all emergency drugs and equipments daily and assist in maintaining the inventory and check no expiry or near expiry drugs are exchanged in time.</li><li>Creates therapeutic environment in the ward.</li><li>Responsible for all the medical equipments are kept clean and hygiene and in perfect working condition for ready to use at all time.</li><li>Inform any breakage or damage caused for the equipments.</li><li>Assist in maintaining adequate equipments and supplies to meet the demand.</li><li>Strictly avoid wastage of your stationery items in the unit.</li><li>Inform In-Charge Nurse in case of any shortage of supplies.</li><li>Accountable for maintenance of cleanliness and hygiene of the unit, temperature and oxygen supply.</li><li>Coordinate with In-Charge Nurse in case of transport need for shifting the babies from other hospital to NICU from NICU to OT.</li><li>Strictly follow the biomedical waste management procedures.</li><li>Assist in maintaining a infection free area by periodic fumigation.</li></ul>EDUCATIVE ACTIVITIES<ul><li>Participate in CNEs, training programs etc.,</li><li>Implement the training received at work.</li><li>Educate mothers with regard to hygiene and hand wash techniques before entering to NICU</li><li>Educate mothers on breast feed and new born care &amp; Immunization.</li><li>Responsible to complete the allotted training hours within the said period.</li></ul>SUPERVISORY ACTIVITIES<ul><li>Supervises and guides co-workers (Ayahs, Ward boys etc.)</li></ul>RECORDING AND REPORTING ACTIVITIES<ul><li>Report Critical patient&rsquo;s condition promptly to the concerned person (Doctor, Nursing Superintendent)</li><li>Responsible to fill the nominal registers and fill all columns are filled in properly.</li><li>Assist in updating the stock register once in three month</li><li>Informs in advance while taking leave and don&rsquo;t extend the leave beyond the applied period.</li><li>Record and report nursing care, treatment, medicine correctly and promptly.</li><li>Report any losses and breakage in the unit without fail.</li></ul>COMMUNICATION ACTIVITIES<ul><li>Provide Psychological support to patient and relatives.</li><li>Report any incident to the Ward In charge and Nursing Superintendent.</li><li>Gives orientation to patient and relatives about physical facilities, policy rules and regulations of the hospital.</li><li>Participates in pre and post conference.</li><li>Maintains good interpersonal relationship with patient&rsquo;s relatives, sister, colleagues, co-workers and the department staff. .</li></ul>DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES<ul><li>Do self-evaluation regularly.</li><li>Continuously improve personal skills and competence levels</li><li>Update he clinical and theoretical knowledge.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
