Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>To provide a error free drug therapy to patients by ensuring no errors during the process of dispensing by ensuring a hassle free environment for staff</li><li>Implement Quality Improvement</li><li>Life saving drugs, nonmoving monitoring</li><li>On the job training to staff</li><li>Assign duties and responsibilities for all the staff on a day to day basis</li><li>Overall maintenance of the pharmacy</li><li>Ensuring that proper storage conditions are maintained for all the drugs</li><li>Random verification of inventory checked by the staff</li><li>To monitor and motivate the staff in dispensing drugs to the customers</li><li>Ensure availability of drugs and surgical products at any given point of time</li><li>Maintain re-order level at all times</li><li>Meet doctors regularly and make sure that all the medicines are available and in case of any new drug request them to follow our PTC rules</li><li>Get their consent from the referral doctors, if a particular brand requested is not available and if substitutes need to be issued</li><li>Cross checking of stocks taken by staff</li><li>Supervise the disbursement of medicines according to priority</li><li>Prepare the short-expiry medicines list and send to the Stores once in three month and send to vendor</li><li>Cash handling and maintenance of records</li><li>Counter checking of purchase entries, sales and payment settlements</li><li>Follow the checklist and SLA</li><li>Regular departmental self-audits and regular quality improvement plans</li><li>Check, adhere and maintain the license requirements</li><li>Other duties as and when assigned by the reporting line</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From &#8377;22,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In personExpected Start Date: 05/09/2025
