Job Summary<ul><li>4 Day week schedule: Monday to Thursday 8:00am to 5:00pm</li><li>3 Day weekends</li><li>401 K plan with 3% employer contribution</li></ul>Duties<ul><li>Prepare treatment rooms with the necessary instruments, materials, and supplies for each procedure, ensuring a sterile environment through proper aseptic technique.</li><li>Assist dentists chairside during various dental procedures including restorations, extractions, endodontics and prosthodontics.</li><li>Take dental X-rays using digital imaging systems with X-ray machines including panoramic dental X-rays while maintaining strict adherence to HIPAA regulations for patient privacy.</li><li>Manage patient records efficiently using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems like Dentrix, documenting medical history and treatment details accurately.</li><li>Provide excellent patient care by explaining procedures, answering questions about dental terminology, and ensuring comfort throughout visits.</li><li>Support infection control protocols by sterilizing instruments, maintaining cleanliness in the clinic, and following CDC guidelines for aseptic technique.</li><li>Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth clinic operations including scheduling as a dental receptionist when needed and managing medical documentation and records.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Employee discount</li></ul>Work Location: In person
