Whether you&rsquo;re an experienced assistant or a new graduate, if you&rsquo;re eager to learn and grow, we&rsquo;d love to meet you.Our practice is committed to delivering high-quality care to our patients, building strong relationships with referring providers, and creating a supportive, team-oriented culture where everyone can grow together.What You&rsquo;ll Bring:<ul><li>Positive, enthusiastic attitude</li><li>Ability to take initiative and adapt to new challenges</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Self-motivated, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset</li><li>Strong computer skills (word processing, electronic health records)</li><li>Active RDA license (required)</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist the doctor during periodontal and surgical procedures</li><li>Charting and clinical note documentation</li><li>Review pre-operative and post-operative instructions with patients</li><li>Prepare and break down operatories; sterilize instruments</li><li>Take radiographs and intraoral photos (training provided if needed)</li><li>Draft patient and referral correspondence</li><li>Provide occasional front office support (phones, scheduling, patient check-in)</li></ul>Experience: Dental assistant experience : 1 year preferred, new grads welcome to apply Exceptional customer service and communication skillsHours: 32-34 hours a week (Tuesday- Friday)We offer a competitive wage plus monthly profit sharing.Please submit a resume and a letter of introduction.
