Aesthetic clinic need business development and operation officerRole OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development &amp; Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of clinic service development, operational workflows, and business growth. This role requires someone with healthcare industry experience in Dubai, who can design profitable services, optimize patient experience, manage daily operations, and drive revenue growth while ensuring full compliance with DHA, NABIDH, VAT, and UAE healthcare regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesA. Service Development &amp; Innovation<ul><li>Research market trends and design new services to meet patient demand.</li><li>Create wellness packages, aesthetic plans, IV therapy bundles, and men&rsquo;s health programs.</li><li>Collaborate with doctors, dermatologists, and therapists to develop standardized treatment protocols.</li><li>Launch new services with attractive pricing models aligned with Dr. Mo Polyclinic&rsquo;s branding.</li></ul>B. Business Growth &amp; Revenue Management<ul><li>Develop weekly, monthly, quarterly growth strategies.</li><li>Analyze patient demographics and design targeted promotions.</li><li>Coordinate with the marketing team to launch campaigns across social media, influencers, and referral networks.</li><li>Build partnerships with insurance companies, labs, suppliers, and wellness brands to expand service offerings.</li></ul>C. Operations &amp; Workflow Management<ul><li>Oversee daily clinic operations, including front desk, nursing, therapists, and coordinators.</li><li>Streamline workflows to reduce patient waiting times and improve overall experience.</li></ul>D. Team Leadership &amp; Training<ul><li>Lead, mentor, and manage the clinic team to ensure smooth coordination.</li><li>Conduct regular training sessions on patient handling, upselling, and cross-selling services.</li><li>Set monthly performance targets for staff and track results.</li></ul>E.
