Dr. MobiCare is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner with experience or interest in wound care to join our clinical team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support healing and overall wellness.

Key Responsibilities</h1>
<ul>
<li>Perform comprehensive physical exams and wound assessments for patients with acute and chronic conditions
</li>
<li>Evaluate wound-related conditions and comorbidities to support optimal healing outcomes
</li>
<li>Perform wound debridement and dressing changes in accordance with clinical best practices
</li>
<li>Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the Medical Director and care team
</li>
<li>Accurately document patient encounters, procedures, and communications in the EMR within 24 hours
</li>
<li>Educate patients and caregivers on wound care, prevention strategies, and chronic condition management
</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with primary care providers, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams
</li>
<li>Collaborate with clinical staff and leadership to maintain efficient workflows
</li>
<li>Participate in clinical meetings, training, and quality improvement initiatives
</li>
<li>Advocate for patients by ensuring access to appropriate care and follow-up services
</li>
<li>Maintain compliance with clinical, regulatory, and safety standards
</li>
<li>Stay current with CMS guidelines, documentation requirements, and best practices
</li>
<li>Maintain licensure and pursue ongoing education in wound care and related specialties
</li>
<li>Perform additional duties as assigned 

</li>
</ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader">Qualifications</h1>
<ul>
<li>Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in applicable state(s)
</li>
<li>Clinical experience in wound care or a related specialty preferred but will train
</li>
<li>Strong skills in debridement, and care planning
</li>
<li>Excellent communication and documentation skills
</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a clinical team

Job Description<ul><li>PRN/Part Time Provider</li><li>Perform comprehensive physical examinations and wound evaluations on patients with acute and chronic conditions.</li><li>Assess wound-related conditions, review comorbidities, and coordinate treatment plans with the managing provider to support wound healing and overall health.</li><li>Perform wound debridement and dressing changes based on clinical necessity and best practice standards.</li><li>Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the Medical Director and interdisciplinary teams.</li><li>Accurately document all assessments, procedures, and communications in the EMR system.</li><li>Complete all clinical documentation within 24 hours of the patient encounter.</li><li>Provide patient and caregiver education regarding wound management, preventive care, and chronic condition support.</li><li>Communicate effectively with primary care providers, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams regarding changes in patient status.</li><li>Collaborate with medical assistants, clinical support staff, and regional leadership to maintain workflow efficiency.</li><li>Participate in clinical meetings, training sessions, and quality improvement initiatives.</li><li>Serve as a patient advocate, ensuring access to necessary medical resources and follow-up care.</li><li>Provide compassionate, patient-focused education tailored to each individual&rsquo;s needs and understanding.</li><li>Maintain compliance with all clinical, safety, and regulatory standards.</li><li>Support organizational initiatives that enhance patient outcomes, staff training, and operational performance.</li><li>Maintain professional licensure and pursue continuing education in wound care and related specialties.</li><li>Maintain knowledge of current CMS documentation and treatment guidelines.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.</li></ul>

What We Offer:<ul><li>All required licensure and certification will be reimbursed at 50% for part time employees.</li><li>The company will provide each provider with a lab coat upon hire.</li><li>Performance-based merit increase is considered annually.</li><li>401(k) with dollar-for-dollar employer matching, up to 8% of your annual salary.
