The Clinical Regional Provider oversees and leads all clinical operations across an assigned region to ensure the highest standards of wound care and regenerative treatment. This leadership role ensures operational excellence, clinical quality, and adherence to evidence-based practices. The Clinical Regional Director serves as the primary liaison between regional clinical teams and the central leadership team, driving consistency in patient outcomes, provider development, and regulatory compliance.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">

Clinical Leadership and Oversight<ul><li>
Lead, mentor, and support regional clinical teams, including Providers and Wound Technicians.</li><li> 
Implement and monitor clinical protocols related to wound care and regenerative treatments, ensuring adherence to evidence-based standards.</li><li> 
Oversee the quality of care delivered and ensure clinical practices meet or exceed regulatory and internal standards.</li><li> 
Conduct regular chart reviews, audits, and outcome assessments to promote clinical excellence and compliance.</li></ul> 
Operational Management<ul><li>
Manage daily clinical operations across multiple facilities within the region.</li><li> 
Oversee scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to ensure efficient patient flow and optimal productivity.</li><li> 
Collaborate with administrative and operations teams to maintain workflow efficiency, supply chain readiness, and proper clinical support for wound care services.</li><li> 
Partner with the VP of Clinical Services and other regional leaders to enhance service delivery and expand access to regenerative therapies.</li></ul> 
Staff Development and Training<ul><li>
Develop and implement training programs focused on regenerative medicine, wound care protocols, and compliance requirements.</li><li> 
Ensure all clinical staff maintain current certifications, competencies, and continuing education.</li><li> 
Organize and lead regional clinical meetings, workshops, and professional development initiatives.</li></ul> 
Clinical Quality and Outcomes Improvement<ul><li>
Monitor and evaluate clinical performance metrics, including patient outcomes, satisfaction scores, and key performance indicators (KPIs).</li><li> 
Lead continuous quality improvement (CQI) initiatives to enhance patient care, reduce complications, and improve operational outcomes.</li><li> 
Utilize data-driven insights to refine care models and optimize treatment delivery.</li></ul> 
Compliance and Risk Management<ul><li>
Ensure all clinical operations comply with HIPAA, OSHA, and state and federal healthcare regulations.</li><li> 
Oversee infection control protocols and safety procedures to maintain a secure patient care environment.</li><li> 
Manage regional clinical incidents, patient complaints, and regulatory inspections in collaboration with leadership.</li></ul> 
Patient and Provider Relations<ul><li>
Serve as the primary clinical representative for the region, fostering positive relationships with patients, providers, and facilities.</li><li> 
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans that leverage regenerative therapies for chronic wound management.</li><li> 
Maintain strong partnerships with regional hospitals, long-term care facilities, and referring providers to expand patient access.</li></ul> 
Business Development and Growth<ul><li>
Collaborate with business development teams to identify opportunities for service expansion and patient growth.</li><li> 
Stay informed of emerging trends, technologies, and evolving standards of care in wound management and regenerative medicine.</li><li> 
Contribute to strategic planning initiatives to expand Dr Mobicare&rsquo;s clinical footprint within the assigned region.</li><li> 
Perform additional duties as assigned.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"> 
Qualification Guidelines</h3>
Experience/Training/Education &ndash; Required:<ul><li>
Current, active clinical license (Nurse Practitioner)</li><li> 
Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in wound care or related specialty.</li><li> 
At least 2 years of leadership or management experience in a healthcare setting.</li><li> 
Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards in clinical operations.</li><li> 
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.</li></ul> 
Experience/Training/Education &ndash; Preferred:<ul><li>
Master&rsquo;s degree in Nursing.</li><li> 
Experience with regenerative medicine or advanced wound care therapies.</li><li> 
Familiarity with EMR systems (e.g.,NetHealth).</li></ul> 
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:<ul><li>
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across multiple sites.</li><li> 
Strategic thinker with the ability to align clinical operations with organizational goals.</li><li> 
Skilled in data analysis, quality improvement, and process optimization.</li><li> 
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong provider and facility relationships.</li><li> 
Commitment to continuous improvement and patient-centered care.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"> 
Physical Demands</h3><ul><li>
Regularly required to sit, stand, and walk during facility visits.</li><li> 
Must be able to travel frequently between regional clinic sites.</li><li>

Work Environment</h3><ul><li>
Work performed in clinical and administrative environments.</li><li> 
Regular travel within assigned region required.</li><li>
