We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) with strong communication and organizational skills to support our Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) program.Duties<ul><li>Responsibilities:</li><li>Monitor patient vitals and daily health data through RPM platforms</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) required</li><li>Experience with Remote Patient Monitoring or Chronic Care Management preferred</li><li>Strong computer and communication skills</li><li>EMR experience required</li><li>Ability to multitask and work independently</li><li>Bilingual is a plus</li><li>Communicate with patients regarding readings, symptoms, and care plans</li><li>Document patient interactions accurately in EMR systems</li><li>Coordinate with providers and clinical staff for patient follow-up</li><li>Assist with onboarding patients to RPM devices and programs</li><li>Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations</li></ul>Work Location: In person
