Key Responsibilities:Clinical Leadership:<ul><li>Supervise and lead the physiotherapy department ensuring delivery of high-quality patient care.</li><li>Design and implement evidence-based physiotherapy treatment protocols for diverse conditions including orthopedic, neurological, musculoskeletal, and post-surgical cases.</li><li>Conduct complex assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with acute and chronic conditions.</li><li>Mentor junior physiotherapists, interns, and support staff through training, case discussions, and skill development sessions.</li><li>Monitor patient progress, review outcomes, and modify treatment plans to ensure optimal recovery.</li></ul>Department Management:<ul><li>Manage day-to-day operations of the physiotherapy department, including scheduling, equipment maintenance, and inventory.</li><li>Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.</li><li>Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (doctors, nurses, rehabilitation experts) for integrated patient care.</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to patient care, departmental audits, and outcome measures.</li><li>Represent the physiotherapy department in administrative meetings and contribute to policy and protocol development.</li></ul>Patient &amp; Family Engagement:<ul><li>Educate patients and caregivers on condition-specific home exercises, rehabilitation goals, and preventive care strategies.</li><li>Lead patient awareness and engagement programs (e.g., post-surgical rehab workshops, lifestyle modification clinics).</li><li>Maintain a patient-centric approach to care with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.</li></ul>Business Enhancement:<ul><li>Collaborate with management in designing and promoting new rehabilitation packages, specialized therapy programs, and wellness services.</li><li>Contribute to strategic planning for service expansion, marketing campaigns, and revenue growth initiatives.</li><li>Represent the department in external partnerships, community outreach, and health camps to promote hospital services.</li><li>Track and report key departmental KPIs, including patient satisfaction, treatment outcomes, and service utilization rates.</li></ul>Innovation &amp; Development:<ul><li>Stay updated with the latest advancements in physiotherapy and rehabilitation science.</li><li>Introduce modern techniques, therapies, and technologies that enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.</li><li>Support research initiatives and clinical audits to ensure continuous improvement in therapy services.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From &#8377;45,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
