The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English and Kannada, strong customer service experience, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet and assist patients, visitors, and vendors courteously and professionally.</li><li>Answer and route telephone calls promptly; handle patient inquiries effectively.</li><li>Register new patients and update patient information accurately in the hospital system.</li><li>Schedule and confirm appointments with doctors and specialists.</li><li>Coordinate with nursing and medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.</li><li>Handle billing inquiries, receipts, and maintain basic administrative records.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and waiting area.</li><li>Uphold confidentiality and patient privacy at all times.</li></ul>Eligibility Criteria:<ul><li>Education: Minimum PUC / Diploma / Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred.</li><li>Languages: Fluency in English and Kannada (Hindi or Tamil an added advantage).</li><li>Experience:</li><li>Prior customer service or front office experience preferred.</li><li>Previous healthcare or hospital experience is an advantage but not mandatory.</li><li>Skills:</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Basic computer literacy (MS Office, data entry).</li><li>Ability to multitask, remain calm, and professional under pressure.</li></ul>Work Schedule:<ul><li>Full-time (rotational shifts may be required, including weekends or evenings).</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience and skills.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;9,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
