WHAT YOU'LL DO AS VIP HOST, ILLINOIS</b></h3><ul><li><p>
Create new business revenue by understanding and developing strong, authentic, and trusted player relationships.</p></li><li><p>
Manage all aspects of the relationship with the player through local events, regular communications, and escalation responses.</p></li><li><p>
Maintain a thorough understanding of the market while proactively providing new game offerings, promotions, channels, and platforms to players.</p></li><li><p>
Compile player feedback to support improvements to the platform and identify opportunities.</p></li><li><p>
Execute against all VIP policies and guidelines, including responsible gaming policies.</p></li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
WHAT YOU'LL BRING</b></h3><ul><li><p>
Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant experience.</p></li><li><p>
At least 3 years of experience in a Sales, Account Management, or customer-facing role.</p></li><li><p>
Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.</p></li><li><p>
Analytical mindset to make quick and confident decisions on data and trends.</p></li><li><p>
Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends.</p></li><li><p>

We&rsquo;re a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston. As a regulated gaming company, you may be required to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment. The US base salary range for this full-time position is 68,000.00 USD - 85,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
