   Responsibilities
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Manage the sales funnel tool and perform systematic analysis of profit and loss topics,
  </li>
  <li>
   Prepare and report short-, mid-, and long-term sales forecasts,
  </li>
  <li>
   Analyze competitors&rsquo; activities, products, and pricing strategies,
  </li>
  <li>
   Identify market requirements and opportunities to achieve field sales and profitability targets,
  </li>
  <li>
   Track tender processes, set sales targets and business plans, and ensure their achievement,
  </li>
  <li>
   Manage budgeting processes for assigned accounts,
  </li>
  <li>
   Plan, organize, and conduct customer visits,
  </li>
  <li>
   Carry out activities aimed at acquiring new customers,
  </li>
  <li>
   Develop initiatives to increase customer loyalty and satisfaction,
  </li>

   Actively represent the brand and participate in national and international congresses and trade fairs,

   Establish mechanisms to monitor customers&rsquo; purchasing activities and continuously update information about hospitals,

   Communicate and regularly update all required reports with relevant departments in a timely manner,

   Qualifications

   Preferably a bachelor's degree in science or engineering,

  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (preferred),
  </li>

   Strong presentation skills,

The Job Responsibilities</b></div>

The Business Development Manager (RSS National Accounts) role is essential for providing technical and application expertise across the full RSS solutions portfolio. This position will support the RSS Sales team, channel partners, and end-user customers nationwide. In addition, the role will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and developing key client relationships and business opportunities at a national level.</div><br>

Main Responsilities:</div>
<ul>
<li>Develop and execute national growth strategies to expand rental and safety services (RSS) revenue through both direct sales and channel partners.</li>
<li>Recruit, onboard, and support channel partners to ensure they are fully equipped to promote and deliver RSS solutions. Monitor channel performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective or improvement actions.</li>
<li>Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including technical decision-makers, safety leaders, procurement teams, and influencers. Map account structures, build multi-level relationships, and establish Draeger as a trusted advisor.</li>
<li>Support customers and partners with solution design, product selection, and technical problem-solving. Deliver product and service training sessions to enhance partner and customer competence.</li>
<li>Assist channel partners in Bid &amp; Tender management for complex applications and tailored solutions.</li>
<li>Manage business development activities across all U.S. regions with a consistent strategy, messaging, and execution. Travel extensively to support customers, channel partners, events, and field initiatives.</li>
<li>Represent Draeger at industry events and relevant trade associations to promote the company&rsquo;s capabilities, strengthen market presence, and gather valuable feedback from end users. Assist the RSS Marketing Manager with product launches as required and provide technical benefits &amp; features.</li>

</div><div><ul><li>A degree in a related discipline from an accredited college or university and/or 5 plus years of job related experience in a similar position</li>
<li>Five or more years' product experience in industrial safety equipment or a related field</li>
<li>Must be able to succeed in a complex, matrix environment where others' activities need to be influenced without direct lines of management authority</li>
<li>Must be results-oriented with an ability to stay focused on objectives in the face of shifting priorities.</li>
<li>Must be able to function as a member of a highly productive and collaborative team</li></ul></div></div></div><br>
