We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Product Developer Associate to join our team on a full-time basis. The Ideal candidate possesses strong verbal and written communication, and should be knowledgeable in garment construction, wash processes, BOM and costing data entry.Specific Duties / Responsibilities:<ul><li>Support the end-to-end product development process from concept through production readiness</li><li>Collaborate with sourcing channels and production partners to execute production strategies and meet project timelines</li><li>Coordinate with design, merchandising, sourcing, and production teams to ensure smooth development execution</li><li>Manage and track sample development stages including proto, fit, size set, and pre-production samples</li><li>Gather and analyze data to support hindsight packages and product placement strategies</li><li>Assist in compiling trend information, files, records, themes, and concepts according to seasonal and monthly direction</li><li>Support the trend team by maintaining organization of trend resources and contributing to department goals</li><li>Update and manage visual databases, trend documents, and department subscriptions</li><li>Provide timely and effective communication of information, updates, and approvals to cross-functional teams</li><li>Maintain accurate development documentation, records, and sample tracking</li><li>Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned</li><li>Visit as required to local accounts to support development and production activities</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>AA in fashion design/ product development or equivalent combination of education and experience</li><li>(2-5) years of Product Development experience</li><li>Understanding of basic garment and material construction and process</li><li>Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Excel, and PLM system or highly organized in manual tracking if no PLM useage</li><li>Strong sense of urgency, accountability , and time management with demonstrated stress resistance.</li><li>Passion for product excellence , heritage craftsmanship, and creative problem</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>8 hour shift</li><li>Monday to Friday</li><li>Weekends as needed</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Product Development: 2 years (Required)</li><li>Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Fashion design: 2 years (Preferred)</li><li>Adobe Illustrator: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
