 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>

 Manage end-to-end post production for multiple vertical drama projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Source and oversee post production vendors; negotiate rates, timelines, and deliverables.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide clear creative feedback and ensure timely, quality delivery of episodes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate schedules and handovers with international post teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track progress across multiple projects and ensure deadlines are met.
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitate effective communication between production, post, and vendors.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2+ years of experience in post production producing (end-to-end).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of post workflows (editing, sound, color, VFX, delivery).
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in film/TV, streaming, or digital-first content; vertical content experience preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Film school education or equivalent professional training preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent organizational and communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Bilingual English/Chinese strongly preferred
 
 due to international collaboration.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.
 </li>
