 We&rsquo;re looking for a
 
 Team Lead &ndash; Videographer &amp; Video Editor
 
 who can take charge of our video production process &mdash; from concept to final cut &mdash; and create visually compelling content that engages, inspires, and converts.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead and manage media production to ensure high-quality content delivery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan, shoot, and edit a wide range of videos including commercials, interviews, product videos, social media reels,podcast and corporate content.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee the full video production cycle &mdash; pre-production, shooting, post-production, and delivery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to develop video strategies aligned with brand goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain consistency in visual storytelling, color grading, sound design, and overall video quality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay updated on the latest video trends, tools, and techniques to keep our content fresh and innovative.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proven experience (3+ years) as a videographer and video editor; at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong command of
 
 Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Expertise in lighting, framing, color grading, and sound editing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Creative mindset with the ability to translate marketing objectives into engaging visuals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong project management and leadership skills with a team-oriented approach.
 </li>
 <li>
 A solid portfolio showcasing your best video work and editing capabilities.
 </li>
