What You'll Do as a Clinic Director
<ul>
<li>Lead, mentor, and support your team of Physical Therapists and clinical staff</li>
</ul><ul><li>Foster a positive, patient-centered environment with high standards for clinical care</li>
</ul><ul><li>Provide direct patient care using individualized, evidence-based treatment plans</li>
</ul><ul><li>Oversee clinic operations including patient experience, clinical performance and scheduling</li>
</ul><ul><li>Build and nurture relationships with local referral sources and community partners</li>
</ul><ul><li>Partner with leadership to meet clinic goals and support overall growth</li>

Qualifications

<li>Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)</li>
</ul><ul><li>Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license (or eligible)</li>
