We are looking for a skilled Android Native + Flutter Developer who can build high-quality, scalable, and performance-driven mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in native Android development (Kotlin/Java) along with hands-on expertise in Flutter (Dart) for cross-platform development. You will work closely with UI/UX, backend, and product teams to deliver smooth and modern mobile experiences.</p></div><p></p><div><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Requirements</b></h4><p></p><ul><li>
Develop and maintain native Android applications using Kotlin (preferred) / Java</li><li>
Build and enhance cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter &amp; Dart</li><li>
Integrate mobile apps with REST APIs / Web APIs, authentication, and third-party services</li><li>
Implement clean, reusable, and testable code following best practices</li><li>
Ensure app performance, responsiveness, and stability across multiple devices</li><li>
Work with push notifications, background services, local storage, and device permissions</li><li>
Debug issues, improve crash-free rate, and optimize app performance</li><li>
Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions</li><li>
Support app releases, versioning, and deployments to Stores (Google Play / App Store (iOS))</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Required Skills</b></h4><ul><li>
Strong experience in Native Android development using Kotlin/Java</li><li>
Hands-on experience with Flutter &amp; Dart for cross-platform apps</li><li>
Knowledge of Android architecture patterns like MVVM / Clean Architecture</li><li>
Experience with state management in Flutter (Provider / Riverpod / Bloc)</li><li>
Strong understanding of Android SDK, Activities/Fragments, and Material Design</li><li>
API integration experience (REST/JSON), error handling, and networking</li><li>
Familiarity with local storage (Room DB / SQLite / Shared Preferences)</li><li>
Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Nice to Have</b></h4><ul><li>
Experience with Firebase (Crashlytics, Analytics, FCM, Remote Config)</li><li>
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Codemagic, Jenkins)</li><li>
Experience with Play Store release process, signing, and app publishing</li><li>
Knowledge of unit testing and automation testing (JUnit, Espresso, Flutter test)</li><li>
Exposure to app security best practices and performance profiling</li></ul></div></div><p></p>
