Responsibilities</b></h4><p></p><p><b>
1. CRM Setup &amp; Sales Pipeline Management</b></p><ul><li>
Customize the Zoho CRM to reflect on client&rsquo;s unique sales process.</li><li>
Configure lead management, deal stages, and pipeline flows.</li><li>
Streamline conversion mapping and remove redundant stages.</li><li>
Align pipeline design with sales forecasting and reporting needs.</li><li>
Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure CRM supports team goals.</li></ul><p><b>
2. Sales Performance Tracking</b></p><ul><li>
Build and maintain real-time dashboards using Zoho Analytics.</li><li>
Track and report on KPIs including conversion rates, revenue, and team performance.</li><li>
Support sales forecasting efforts and develop visual reports to guide strategic decisions.</li><li>
Identify performance gaps and recommend data-driven improvements.</li></ul><p><b>
3. Project Tracking &amp; Management</b></p><ul><li>
Set up and manage Zoho Projects for cross-functional teams.</li><li>
Create and maintain task timelines, calendar views, dependencies, and milestones.</li><li>
Ensure project visibility and accountability across departments.</li><li>
Support task assignment, permissions management, and timesheet logging.</li></ul><p><b>
4. CRM Training &amp; Onboarding</b></p><ul><li>
Deliver structured training sessions for new CRM admins and consultants.</li><li>
Create user guides and onboarding materials using beginner-friendly tutorials and Zoho documentation.</li><li>
Ensure smooth transition for new users into the Zoho environment.</li><li>
Act as the primary support resource for CRM-related queries and guidance.</li></ul><p><b>
5. Platform Optimization &amp; Best Practices</b></p><ul><li>
Recommend and implement best practices for using Zoho CRM and Zoho Projects.</li><li>
Stay up to date with new Zoho features and functionalities.</li><li>
Offer continuous improvements to support process automation and reporting efficiency.</li></ul></div></div><p></p>
