1. Facility Maintenance &amp; Operations<ul><li>Oversee the upkeep of all infrastructure: buildings, gardens, kitchens, medical rooms, recreational areas, etc.</li><li>Coordinate regular maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and sanitation systems.</li><li>Supervise housekeeping and laundry operations to ensure hygiene standards are maintained.</li><li>Manage security systems, fire safety, CCTV, and access control.</li></ul>2. Safety &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Ensure compliance with all local and national safety regulations (fire safety, building codes, sanitation).</li><li>Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and drills (fire, emergency evacuation).</li><li>Ensure accessible infrastructure for elderly residents (ramps, lifts, grab bars, etc.).</li></ul>3. Vendor &amp; Staff Management<ul><li>Manage contracts and relationships with third-party vendors (maintenance, pest control, etc.).</li><li>Supervise and schedule housekeeping, maintenance, and security staff.</li><li>Monitor inventory and procurement of essential facility supplies and equipment.</li></ul>4. Resident Support &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Respond promptly to facility-related complaints or requests from residents or staff.</li><li>Coordinate room readiness and cleanliness for new admissions or guests.</li><li>Assist in organizing or supporting wellness, cultural, and recreational programs from a facilities standpoint.</li></ul>5. Budgeting &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Prepare and manage facilities budget including utilities, repairs, and consumables.</li><li>Track maintenance logs and prepare reports for management on facility performance.</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare, hospitality, or senior living.</li><li>Strong knowledge of building systems, vendor management, and preventive maintenance.</li><li>Working knowledge of government norms related to health, safety, and elderly care in India.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office and facility management software/tools.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Certification in Facility Management (e.g., IFMA, FMP).</li><li>Experience in a retirement community, nursing home, or healthcare facility.</li></ul>Key Skills:<ul><li>Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Empathy, patience, and sensitivity to the needs of senior citizens.</li><li>Ability to manage teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.</li></ul>Working Conditions:<ul><li>On-site role with rotational on-call duties (including weekends/holidays if needed).</li><li>Must be physically fit to conduct facility inspections across the premises.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;35,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li></ul>
