Job Summary:We are hiring a proactive and well-connected Sourcing Manager to join our Sourcing Team. The ideal candidate must bring a strong, active network of Channel Partners (CPs) and the ability to drive lead generation and conversions through effective CP engagement and management. This role is central to sourcing high-quality leads, building a loyal broker network, and working closely with the sales team to meet business objectives for residential or commercial projects.Experience: Minimum 2 Years (Real Estate Industry)Roles &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead Generation &amp; Market Expansion: Identify potential lead sources and new business opportunities in target markets. Actively explore and develop new sales channels beyond traditional brokers, creating opportunities for business growth.</li><li>Channel Partner Network Development &amp; Management: Leverage an existing network of Channel Partners to source qualified leads and identify and onboard new CPs aligned with project needs.</li><li>Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the internal sales team to ensure a smooth handover of leads, track lead conversion rates, and support closing efforts.</li><li>Sales Process Optimization: Monitor the effectiveness of the sales pipeline, ensuring smooth coordination between teams and timely responses to client inquiries and leads.</li><li>Reporting &amp; Analytics: Generate regular reports on lead status, market performance, and competitor activities. JOB SUMMARY:Dream Group of Companies is seeking a skilled and performance-driven Digital Advertising Specialist to lead the execution and optimization of paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook &amp; Instagram). The primary focus of this role is to drive high-quality lead generation in the real estate sector through data-led strategies and continuous performance analysis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing ad budgets, analysing campaign effectiveness, and consistently improving ROI through targeted digital initiatives.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Strategize, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).</li><li>Target high-intent users and relevant audience segments to drive quality lead acquisition.</li><li>Conduct deep keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis.</li><li>Develop high-converting ad copies and work with designers on impactful visuals and videos.</li><li>Monitor and improve performance metrics including CPL (Cost per Lead), conversion rates, and ROAS.</li><li>Run A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve lead outcomes.</li><li>Implement retargeting and lookalike strategies to expand reach and improve lead quality. 8. Track and analyse user behaviour and campaign results using GA4, GTM, and Facebook Pixel.</li><li>Create weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights focused on lead performance and optimization.</li><li>Ensure campaigns stay within budget while delivering the best cost-to-lead efficiency.</li><li>Stay updated with platform changes, advertising trends, and policy updates.</li></ul>REQUIRED SKILLS:Proven ability to generate quality leads through paid media on Google and Meta platforms. Deep understanding of ad metrics such as CPL, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion tracking. Strong analytical skills to evaluate lead sources and optimize for performance. Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads Editor, Meta Business Suite, GA4, GTM, and Facebook Pixel. Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking budgets and performance reports. Detail-oriented with strong time management and execution capability.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field. 2&ndash;3 years of relevant experience in digital advertising for lead generation, preferably in real estate. Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.PREFERRED SKILLS:Experience in agency or multi-project environments. Strong copywriting and visual content sensibility. Ability to work collaboratively with creative, design, and sales teams.
