We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day manufacturing and operational activities of our injection moulding division. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in plastic injection moulding, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to driving operational excellence in a high-volume production environment.Key Responsibilities:1. Production &amp; Operations Management<ul><li>Plan, direct, and coordinate all injection moulding operations to meet production targets and delivery schedules.</li><li>Ensure optimal machine utilization, process efficiency, and minimal downtime.</li><li>Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production processes.</li></ul>2. Quality Control<ul><li>Work closely with the quality department to maintain and improve product standards.</li><li>Monitor process parameters and take corrective actions to resolve quality issues.</li><li>Drive root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for defects.</li></ul>3. Team Leadership<ul><li>Supervise and lead production supervisors, operators, and technical staff.</li><li>Conduct performance reviews, training, and development plans.</li><li>Promote a culture of safety, discipline, and continuous improvement.</li></ul>4. Maintenance Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure all injection moulding machines and auxiliary equipment are in good working condition.</li><li>Oversee preventive maintenance schedules and emergency repairs.</li></ul>5. Inventory &amp; Material Management<ul><li>Monitor raw material availability and consumption to prevent shortages or overstocking.</li><li>Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to manage supplies and logistics.</li></ul>6. Cost &amp; Waste Reduction<ul><li>Identify and implement cost-saving measures through process optimization.</li><li>Monitor scrap and rework levels, taking steps to minimize waste.</li></ul>7. Compliance &amp; Safety<ul><li>Ensure operations comply with all company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Conduct safety audits and risk assessments.</li></ul>8. Reporting &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Maintain accurate records of production, downtime, and performance metrics.</li><li>Generate regular reports for senior management and participate in strategic planning meetings.</li><li>Experience:</li><li>Minimum 8&ndash;10 years of experience in plastic injection moulding</li><li>Soft Skills:</li><li>Leadership and team management</li><li>Problem-solving and decision-making</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong planning and organizational abilities</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;70,000.00 - &#8377;75,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
