About the Role:We are looking for warm, caring, and creative Pre-Primary / Mother Teacher to nurture and educate young children in foundational class. The ideal candidate should have strong teaching instincts, patience, and the ability to handle early learners with sensitivity.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Teach and guide children in the pre-primary section using interactive and activity&ndash;based learning methods.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure the emotional, social, and cognitive development of young learners.</li></ul><ul><li>Create a safe, joyful and stimulating classroom environment.</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare teaching aids, lesson plans, and learning materials.</li></ul><ul><li>Communicate regularly with parents regarding child progress.</li></ul><ul><li>Participate in school activities, events, and training sessions.</li></ul>Qualification &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>&middot; Montessori / TTC/ D.El.Ed. (Diploma in Elementary Education) is mandatory.</li></ul><ul><li>&middot; Minimum 2 years of experience at a similar level (Pre-Primary / Nursery / KG).</li></ul><ul><li>&middot; Excellent Communication and child-handling skills.</li></ul><ul><li>&middot; Age Limit: below 30 years</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;7,000.00 - &#8377;10,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
