Job SummaryDream Land Adventure Tourism LLC is seeking a motivated Inbound Travel Consultant to join our Head Office in Dubai. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service and eager to build a career in UAE inbound tourism. Candidates with a strong background in travel, vendor contracting, and negotiation are preferred &mdash; however, fresh graduates or candidates with a keen interest in tourism are also welcome to apply and will be considered for training opportunities.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design and plan customized inbound travel packages for individual and group travelers visiting the UAE.</li><li>Respond promptly to CRM-generated inquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings and sales.</li><li>Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and offer personalized travel solutions.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, transport providers, tour operators, and other local vendors.</li><li>Negotiate competitive rates and favorable contract terms with suppliers and service providers.</li><li>Manage the end-to-end booking process, including confirmations and service coordination.</li><li>Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering quality service before, during, and after travel.</li><li>Stay updated on UAE tourism trends, new attractions, and local experiences.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of travel arrangements.</li><li>Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve any service-related issues promptly.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum of 2 years&rsquo; experience in inbound travel consultancy (preferred) &ndash; fresh graduates or candidates with a strong interest in tourism are also encouraged to apply.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (fluency in English required; additional languages an advantage).</li><li>Knowledge of UAE tourist attractions, accommodations, and local logistics is an added plus.</li><li>Proficiency in CRM systems and booking portals (training can be provided for fresh candidates).</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to perform under pressure.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, FresherPay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
