Our 3D animation team works primarily in Blender to deliver high-quality, realistic, and technically sound animations.Job OutlineThe 3D Animator at Dreamfoot will be responsible for producing engaging and technically sound animations for corporate, industrial, safety, and product projects. This role demands strong proficiency in Blender, creativity, and attention to detail to deliver high-quality animations that align with client objectives.By transforming ideas into compelling visuals and collaborating closely with the creative team, the 3D Animator will contribute to Dreamfoot&rsquo;s reputation for innovation, reliability, and world-class production quality.Role &amp; Key Responsibilities1. 3D Animation &amp; Production<ul><li>Create realistic 3D animations using Blender for corporate, industrial, and safety projects.</li><li>Animate characters, products, and environments through rigging, keyframing, and motion graphics.</li><li>Work on lighting, rendering, and basic VFX as required.</li><li>Ensure smooth animation workflows from concept to final render.</li></ul>2. Creativity &amp; Storytelling<ul><li>Translate project briefs into visually engaging and purposeful animations.</li><li>Apply strong animation principles (timing, weight, anticipation, spacing, etc.) to create believable motion and storytelling.</li><li>Maintain a balance between technical accuracy and creative execution.</li><li>Continuously explore new ideas, techniques, and animation trends to enhance visual appeal.</li></ul>3.
