The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in preparing IFRS-compliant financial statements and demonstrate proficiency in financial software. Prior experience in the limousine or transportation industry will be considered a significant advantage.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and finalize financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).</li><li>Manage the general ledger, month-end and year-end closing processes.</li><li>Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, local laws, and tax regulations.</li><li>Analyze financial data, perform variance analysis, and present reports to senior management.</li><li>Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits.</li><li>Handle bank reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.</li><li>Implement and maintain accounting systems and processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.</li><li>Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of company financial transactions.</li><li>Provide financial advice and insights to management for decision-making.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification preferred).</li><li>Minimum [X] years of experience in accounting or finance roles (experience in limousine/transportation industry is highly desirable).</li><li>Strong knowledge of IFRS and preparation of full-set financial statements.</li><li>Proficient in accounting and financial management software such as [e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, Zoho Books &mdash; specify based on company software].</li><li>Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).</li><li>High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Experience with limousine company accounting practices (e.g., fleet accounting, driver settlements, commission tracking).</li><li>Familiarity with VAT regulations (if applicable in the region).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
