As a Pre-primary Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experience of young learners, fostering their development, and creating a nurturing learning environment.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans to engage and educate young learners.</li><li>Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes positive behavior and encourages active participation.</li><li>Utilize a variety of teaching methods and instructional techniques to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.</li><li>Assess student progress through observation, evaluation, and individualized feedback.</li><li>Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and school administration to support student learning and development.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and progress reports.</li><li>Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.</li><li>Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times, both inside and outside the classroom.</li><li>Foster a love of learning and curiosity in young children through creative and engaging activities.</li><li>Perform any other duties as assigned by the school administration.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or related field.</li><li>Valid teaching certification/license for Pre-primary education (if applicable).</li><li>Proven experience working with young children in an educational setting.</li><li>Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.</li><li>Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young learners.</li><li>Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual students.</li><li>Familiarity with educational technology and resources for early childhood education.</li><li>Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Teaching: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
