Job Responsibilities:FBA Warehouse Compliance ManagementFamiliar with Amazon inbound rules: FBA labels (FNSKU, outer carton labels), pallet requirements, to avoid shipment rejection, fines, delays and other issues.Qualifications:&bull;At least 2 years of experience in FBA warehouse management&bull;Language Skills: Fluent in both Chinese and English (listening, speaking, reading and writing)&bull;Familiar with ocean freight operations (FCL + LCL)<ul><li>Experienced in handling exceptions (customs inspection / shipment delays)</li></ul><ul><li>Capable of cost control and channel negotiation</li></ul>Team and Process Management<ul><li>Manage the FBA operation team, including booking, documentation, order follow-up, etc.</li></ul><ul><li>Develop SOP (Standard Operating Procedures)</li></ul><ul><li>Improve operational efficiency and reduce human errors</li></ul>职位类型：全职, 合同工薪资： $26.37至$31.75（每小时 ）Work Location: 现场办公
