Overview:

The Restoration Consultant oversees the Sales process from start to end. This position's main duties are staying 
available to respond to emergency water damages, selling any job from leads, maintaining relationships with clients and customers from start to end of the job, generating sales reports and using them for maximum results. The Restoration Consultant spends time doing a free inspection of the home, winning trust, selling the job and then onboarding the customer. The Restoration Consultant then writes the scope of work and dispatches a technician on site to complete the work. 
The person filling this position must be a competitive, passionate, determined and a goal-oriented individual who will maximize all opportunities proactively to create new and develop current opportunities. This position will receive guidance and help from the Chief of Operations and the CEO. This position is expected to uphold the mission statement and core values established by Dreyer's DKI. 
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>Must display the company Core Values and Mission</li>
<li>Help the COO and Marketing Department to create, develop, and execute Sales targets</li>
<li>Serves customers by selling the company&rsquo;s services and meeting customer&rsquo;s needs</li>
<li>Placed on the on call rotation. One week on every 5 weeks</li>
<li>Help Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new 
products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques</li>
<li>Communicate with every customer on every job sold to problem solve and create raving fan</li>
<li>Communicate with Lead Technicians and Production Manager to problem solve on job scope of work</li>
<li>Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing 
reports, and making recommendations to management</li>
<li>Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to 
better understand their business objectives and needs</li>
<li>Contribute to the entire team&rsquo;s effort by accomplishing related results as needed.</li>
<li>Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing 
professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional 
societies</li>
<li>Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes</li>
<li>Encourage open communication between agent and customer at time of loss and to the end of 
the project</li>
<li>Plans and prioritizes sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed 
upon sales and business goals.</li>
<li>Integrates sales efforts with other organized marketing activities (promotions, advertising, 
exhibitions, telemarketing, social media marketing etc.</li>
<li>Develops and maintains existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and 
ethical sales methods.</li>
<li>Serves as internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer 
satisfaction.</li>
<li>Demonstrates a positive image of the Company to staff and clients; this shall include oral and 
written communication and visual presentation.</li>
<li>Ensure a closing rate of at least 80% on all water jobs while working on selling mold, structure, and fire 
losses.</li>
<li>Use our Xactimate software to create scope of work</li>
<li>Onboard customers effectively</li></ul> 


Additional Duties and Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Develop and maintain resource information on products, vendors, subcontractors, and government 
requirements</li>
<li>Attend departmental and company meetings as required</li>
<li>Inform immediate supervisor of any observed inaccuracies or omissions in quoted items or computer 
database 
</li>
<li>Respond to emergency calls&middot; Perform risk assessments to locate the source of loss&middot; Develop mitigation strategy and effectively communicate to homeowners&middot; Attempt to sell other trades of work offered by Dreyer's</li>
<li>Obtain authorization to begin work (sell the job!)</li>
<li>Create scope of work via Xactimate, perform moisture mapping, take photos of the affected areas</li>
<li>Put customers at ease and win their trust</li>
<li>Other Duties as needed</li></ul> 


Qualifications

<li>2 plus years of sales experience 
</li>
<li>Ability to win friends &amp; influence others</li>
<li>Must have strong people skills</li>
<li>Must be a self-starter that can work autonomously and with a team</li>
<li>Have a proven sales track record 
</li>
<li>Great networking &amp; relationship building skills</li>
<li>Flexible schedule to allow weekend, on-call, and urgent customer situations</li>
<li>Committed to a high standard of integrity and work ethic</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills</li>
<li>Effective time-management within a fast-paced and risk-oriented environment 
</li>
<li>Excellent customer service skills</li>
<li>Ability to travel within our service territory 
</li>
<li>Attend departmental and company meetings as required</li>
<li>Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted through the course of work; gain cooperation through discussion and persuasion.</li>
<li>Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing; must be proficient in reading and writing the English language.</li>
<li>Apply general mathematical and data entry skills, including the use of a mobile smartphone device.</li>
<li>Apply established Company policies and procedures.
