This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, upscale environment and understands the importance of first impressions.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Warmly greet and welcome all guests upon arrival</li><li>Manage reservations using platforms such as OpenTable or Resy</li><li>Coordinate seating flow to ensure efficient dining room operations</li><li>Communicate clearly with servers, managers, and kitchen staff</li><li>Maintain waitlists and provide accurate wait time estimates</li><li>Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism</li><li>Uphold the restaurant&rsquo;s standards for hospitality and presentation</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>2+ years of host or Ma&icirc;tre D&rsquo; experience in an upscale or fine dining environment preferred</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Professional appearance and demeanor</li><li>Ability to stay composed under pressure</li><li>Familiarity with reservation systems (OpenTable, Resy, etc.)</li><li>Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive hourly pay + tips/bonus opportunities</li><li>Growth opportunities within a respected hospitality group</li><li>Employee dining discounts</li><li>Dynamic, team-oriented work environment</li></ul>Work Location: In person
