As the real estate paralegal, you will leverage your paralegal expertise to ensure smooth operations and uphold the highest standards of legal support.Duties<ul><li>Assist with real estate transactions, including title searches, due diligence, preparing closing documents, and attend real estate closings.</li><li>Maintain accurate documents and filing systems while ensuring compliance with legal administrative standards</li><li>Provide executive administrative support by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling phone etiquette professionally</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven paralegal experience with a focus on real estate closings</li><li>Familiarity with document review processes and contract drafting procedures</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Demonstrated proficiency in legal writing, proofreading, transcription, and document management systems</li><li>Knowledge of various legal area practices is a plus</li><li>Strong clerical skills including data entry, filing, phone etiquette, and administrative support tasks</li></ul>Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional legal support!
