If you're driven by results, passionate about aesthetics, and excited to work with a team that blends science with beauty, we want to hear from you.As part of our clinical aesthetics team, you&rsquo;ll perform advanced treatments, educate clients on skincare, and support our mission of providing holistic, evidence-based aesthetic care in a luxury environment.What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>Perform aesthetic treatments such as custom facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser therapy, and other advanced skin services</li><li>Conduct thorough skin consultations and build personalized treatment plans</li><li>Recommend and educate clients on medical-grade skincare routines and products</li><li>Document all consultations and treatments accurately in the EMR system</li><li>Prepare, sanitize, and stock treatment rooms to clinical standards</li><li>Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes</li><li>Support marketing efforts, events, and promotions as needed</li></ul>Performance Goals (KPIs):<ul><li>Client Rebooking Rate: 70%+ within 30 days of last treatment</li><li>Appointment Utilization Rate: 85%+ of available schedule filled</li><li>Revenue Contribution: Meet monthly goals for service and product sales</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>Degree from an accredited aesthetics program</li><li>Current Esthetician License in the state of Wisconsin (Required)</li><li>Laser Certification or willingness to complete training (Preferred)</li><li>2+ years of experience performing advanced skincare treatments (Preferred)</li><li>Strong knowledge of medical-grade skincare lines</li><li>Passion for aesthetics, strong interpersonal skills, and a positive, team-first attitude</li><li>Proficient in client consultations, treatment planning, and documentation</li></ul>Benefits &amp; Perks:<ul><li>Paid Time Off</li><li>Employee discounts on retail products and services</li><li>One complimentary service per month</li><li>Ongoing professional development and advanced training opportunities</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>4-hour or 8-hour shifts available</li><li>Monday through Friday, with some weekend availability required</li><li>In-person only</li></ul>Ready to Elevate Your Aesthetic Career?At Driftless Aesthetics, you&rsquo;ll join a supportive and high-performing team focused on results, client relationships, and professional growth.
