<ul><li>Installation and commissioning of device</li><li>Create installation document and report</li><li>Travel to customer location most of work on lift of height especially EOT cranes</li><li>Site Preparation: Assess and prepare the site for installation, ensuring all prerequisites (power, space, safety) are met.</li><li>Testing and Commissioning: Perform initial testing to ensure proper functionality and calibrate systems as needed.</li><li>Customer Training: Educate end-users or clients on operating procedures, safety protocols, and basic troubleshooting.</li><li>Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, both remotely and on-site</li><li>Repairs and Upgrades: Replace faulty components, update software/firmware, and upgrade systems as required</li><li>Technical Support: Provide ongoing support to customers, addressing queries and offering solutions</li><li>Reporting: Submit service reports, installation logs, and feedback to management</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with sales, project managers, and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;22,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
